RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

  • 200g Organic Jumbo Oats
  • 3 tbsps almond flakes
  • 1 tbsp dried barberries
  • 2 tbsps cranberries 
  • 1 tbsp raisins
  • 2 tbsps pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tbsp dessicated coconut
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp light olive oil

TO MAKE
Pre-heat oven to 180C. Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl.  Add the maple syrup and light olive oil and mix altogether so all the oats are coated.  Lay a baking sheet on an oven sheet and pour the oat mixture onto the baking sheet.  Flatten the mixture so it covers all of the baking sheet.  Place into the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, mixing half way through.  Once oats are golden, remove and let cool.  Serve with a generous dollop of Greek or vegan yoghurt and fresh berries.  Delicious!
